Rhythm Of The Osa

Where the heartbeat of the earth meets your own

The Osa PEninsula, Costa Rica

May 26 - June 1, 2026

Rhythm of the osa

Let the pulse of the rainforest remind you: we are not separate from the earth, to live by her rhythm, and to learn from her wisdom.

Rhythm Of The Osa is an immersive yoga retreat, led by Tina Serra, and nestled in the vibrant jungles of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. This is one of the most remote and untouched regions in the country as well as one of the most biodiverse places on earth, and that’s exactly what makes it extraordinary.

Unlike other retreat destinations, the Osa does more than just surround you with beauty.

It strips away distraction, inviting you to slow down, root into nature, and regenerate from the inside out. The deeper you journey into this place, the more you’ll discover the truth within you. The Osa is not a backdrop, it’s a teacher.

Tucked away on Costa Rica’s southern coast, the Osa Peninsula is truly “off the grid” and far from the usual tourist trails. This land of lush rainforest, hidden beaches, and abundant wildlife offers a rare chance to fully step away from the noise of everyday life. With its secluded location and limited infrastructure, time slows down.

Here, the jungle doesn’t just surround you, it awakens you.

To stay here is an immersive experience in unspoiled nature that invites you to remember your place within it. Ancient trees stretch toward the sun with stories to tell and wisdom to share. The air is thick with life, sounds of howler monkey calls, the lull of the ocean, and bird song all add to the natural rhythm of the jungle.

The Osa holds a magnetic energy that is healing, activating, and deeply humbling. It’s a place for rebirth, grounding, and for listening to nature, to your body, to your soul, to what truly matters.
The raw beauty of this land will hold you as you root down and regenerate your soul.

Root yourself though movement, breath, and mindful practices that connect you with the earth

Regenerate your spirit, body, and mind through rest, nourishment, and the healing power of the jungle

Return to your rhythm with like-hearted community in a truly wild and remote setting.

Your Guide

Welcome! My name is Tina and I am a yoga teacher based out of Tampa, Florida. I have been teaching yoga since 2018, and I am honored to share this practice with you. When curating experiences for my students, I utilize a deeply personal and holistic approach through the integration of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and mentorship to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. The creation of this retreat is no different. Every element has been shaped by visiting the location in advance, so you can arrive with ease, feeling both guided and embraced throughout your journey. This is a space for you to feel held, to return to simplicity, and return to self. It is a gift to walk alongside you for this adventure!

Echoes From The Jungle

My inspiration for Rhythm Of The Osa began the moment I set foot on this sacred land. Every detail has been intentionally chosen so you can surrender to the rhythm of the land, reconnect with your own heartbeat, and experience profound rest and presence.

I had the honor of visiting the Osa Peninsula in June of 2025. Having already visited Costa Rica before, I thought that I knew what to expect. However, the uniqueness of this location is unlike anything else I have ever experienced before.

Nothing could have prepared me for the raw magic of this place, and I knew immediately that I wanted to share this healing space with others.

Here, the jungle reveals itself in its purest form. You won’t find flocks of tourists, hotel franchises, traffic, or hurry. Instead there is stillness. In that stillness, I began to witness the way the cycles of nature mirror our own cycles of life. It illuminated the intricate, yet beautifully simple, interconnectedness of all living things.

Immersion in nature allowed me to see the way that every plant, animal, insect, drop of rain, cool breeze, and ray of sun work together in harmony. In this place, the weight of everyday life slipped far into the distance. What remained was clarity, connection, and the deep embrace of the wild.

Mornings were spent walking barefoot through the jungle to watch the sun rise over the ocean. Evenings, gazing up at the starscape in the unpolluted sky. I was continuously reminded of mother nature’s unique ability to be the most powerful force we know, and yet she still holds us gently and shares her tenderness with us, sweetly calling us home.

The Sanctuary

The private property includes 20 acres of pristine jungle. The gated entrance and secluded location allow for ultimate privacy and a deeper connection to nature. The setting is perfect for the intimate community of a retreat.

Set back from the ocean to allow travel corridors for all the wildlife, a system of trails has been built throughout the property. It’s not uncommon to see all four species of primates here in one day along with wild birds, mammals and of course unique insects. Groomed jungle trails lead you through the rain forest’s canopy of trees to access the private beach, or take you to the meditation and yoga decks with a view of the ocean.

The villas are eco-friendly, utilizing solar power, well water, and embodying sustainable luxury.

The backyard includes a pool, an outdoor shower, hammocks for lounging, ping pong, and plenty of quiet spaces for journaling and reflection.

Native foliage, fruit trees, and flowers can be found throughout the property. The scents of ylang ylang & jasmine fill the tropical air.

The newly built, open-concept jungle villa is perfect for socializing, relaxing around the pool, retreating to a quiet space, and enjoying fresh local meals around the table. Each room has local handmade teak furniture. The design is simple and calming, providing a respite from the busy natural world just outside.

Nourishment for the mind, body, & soul

All meals are locally sourced, and soulfully crafted by our in house private chef. Every meal is as beautiful as they are nourishing.

Explore the native culture through tropical fruits, fragrant herbs, and traditional Costa Rican Cuisine. Lunches range from local soups and salads to heartier “casados” made with vegetables, chicken, plantains, rice and beans. Dinners range from fresh, hand-line caught tuna to unique pasta dishes. There is also a sweet selection of house made dessert utilizing local fruit and chocolate produced in the region.
